Questions, answered straight.

How many devices does a Pro unlock code work on?

Your unlock code is good for up to 5 activations, which in normal use means 5 of your own devices. It counts activations rather than binding to particular hardware, so if a legitimate purchase runs into the limit, email omer@halalhelper.com and we will raise it.

I lost my Pro unlock code. How do I get it back?

Your Gumroad receipt email contains your code. Search your inbox for the Gumroad receipt, or log in at gumroad.com with the same email to see your purchases.

What is the refund policy?

Pro is a digital unlock delivered instantly, so all sales are final except where the law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived. Please try the free version on your device first.

Can schools, therapists, and nonprofits use it for free?

Yes. Free classroom, nonprofit, and therapy-practice use is permitted on devices you control. Redistribution, re-hosting, and resale are not permitted. The details live in the terms.

What do I need to play?

A current browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, on a phone, tablet, or computer. Motion and eye play need a device with a camera. No account and no install.

What happens to my camera and microphone data?

Camera and microphone input are processed on your device and are never uploaded. If you press Rec, the app saves a clip of your session to your own device — nothing is sent anywhere. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or trackers. The privacy policy is a two-minute read.

Your camera footage stays yours.

Once loaded, play is processed locally on your device, and the Android app works fully offline. No camera video, frames, or images are uploaded by the instrument, and the camera feed is never written into a recording. If you press Rec, a clip of the on-screen visuals and the sound saves to your own device. Buying Pro is the one exception: Gumroad processes the payment and shares your purchase email so we can deliver your code.

Read the privacy policy
Photosensitivity notice. The Creative Studio shows flashing lights, moving patterns, and rapid color changes that can trigger seizures in a small number of people. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or photosensitivity, read the full health and safety notice before playing, stop right away if you feel unwell, and keep volume moderate. Children should play with adult supervision. Accessible Play has no flashing, and the Calm chip in the Studio keeps the brightest flashes off.
